Himalayan Fusion

We made the long trek downtown to try this pan-Indian buffet, which "fuses" Tibetan, Nepalese, and Indian food. The buffet was fairly conventional fare; I didn't detect much fusion. The staff was having a hard time keeping the buffet stocked; the naan basket was empty for much of our stay. Overall, it was decreed not worth the drive.
